This is where I'm at now.  It's worked for me but you will have to tailor your approach.  Read through the blog for what I've taken in the past to get to this point.  The only way back to health is to gain enough knowledge about all of these things and then decide for yourself what you're willing to try.

1 - 250mg Magnesium

2 - Iodine (for immune system function, breast cyst)

1 - Silica Oceanic (for repairing cartilage)

12 p.m.

1 - 150mg Benfotiamine

1 - D3

1 - Borage Oil

2 - Amla C (Vitamin C)

1 - NAC (during dental work)

4 p.m.

1 - Vitamin E

1 - B6

1 - Folic Acid

1 - Pantothenic Acid (for acne)

1 - 500mg MSM

8 p.m.

1 - 150mg Benfotiamine

1 - 1000mcg Methyl B12

1 - Multi-Minerals

1 - 50mg Grape Seed Extract

2 - Iodine

1 - Silica Oceanic

9 p.m.

1 - 3mcg Melatonin (for sleep)

1 - Valerian (if needed for nerve pain)
